    DURGA Fire Goddess

One of a kind unique coat

Durga Goddess is the Invincible One - principal form of the Mother Goddess in Hinduism
Durga is the warrior goddess who fought and defeated the evil Mahishasura. The goddess is invoked for protection from the powers of evil.  She is usually depicted riding a lion and with 8 or 10 arms, each holding the special weapon of one of the gods.
Durga is also known as the Fire Goddess of joy; seated on the lion representing strength.

Durga has been hand painted by artist Dorit Kozlovski on sustainable hemp canvas.

Hemp is naturally one of the most ecologically friendly fabrics and also the oldest. This textile has the best ratio of heat capacity of all fibers
giving7 it superior insulation properties. As a fabric, hemp provides all the warmth and softness of other natural textiles but with a superior durability seldom found in other materials. Natural organic hemp fiber ‘breathes’ and is biodegradable. Hemp is a renewable resource grown organically easily and most often grown without herbicides, fungicides or pesticides. Its creamy color makes it environmentally-friendly and unnecessary for bleaching.

Combined with organic materials cultivated and hand woven by Myanmar artisans according to ancient ethnic traditions in most natural tribal environment.

The psychedelic floral lining is pure batik cotton from Indonesia

When you purchase this unique designer coat you are supporting many artists around the globe; Revival of ancient handcrafting, handmade slavery free economy based on love; uniqueness.
